Leo Tropeano, CPA, MBA:
Leo is the founder of Tropeano & McGrady, PC a certified public accounting and consulting firm (1986). Leo is also an Investment Advisory Representative of Tilson Financial Group and a Registered Representative of Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1984 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Leo specializes in international taxation and consultation, as well as income and estate tax planning. He has traveled abroad on behalf of his clients relative to expansion and acquisitions, and assists closely held businesses in managing their overall operations.
Paul Cella, Keyarx Capital Advisors:
Entering the financial planning field in 1989, Paul Cella was affiliated for 19 years with one of the largest and most admired insurance / investment firms in the industry. During that time-frame, he specialized in providing financial advice to physicians, dentists and other medical professionals.
His vision and creativity, coupled with his desire and passion to deliver an even broader array of cutting-edge products & services, led him to explore, then launch KeyArx Capital Advisors in 2006.
Paul continues to drive the growth & success of the firm via a focused marketing effort and an empowering management style. In addition, he has extended his client base to include corporate executives, the owners of closely-held businesses, with a need for employee benefit planning. His ability to bring together professionals from various disciplines allow him to employ his integrated wealth management approach and ultimately serve as the client’s “first call” advisor.
Hal Frankel, Ad Cetera:
Hal Frankel has over 19 years of experience in the advertising specialties industry. He started out as a multiline manufacturers' sales representative and then a direct factory sales rep servicing advertising specialty businesses throughout the 11 northeastern states. In 1993, he started his own ad specialty business, working directly with companies supplying custom imprinted promotional products and marketing ideas to help them attract new clients and motivate employees and salespeople. He works with many companies that exhibit at industry trade-shows, both developing traffic prior to and getting recognition after the show. He enjoys finding new concepts and ideas that will set his clients apart from their competition.
Ad Cetera Inc
Frank Senkewicz graduated from the Stevens Institute of Technology with an Electrical Engineering degree in 1983. He started his career in the Technical Marketing Program at General Electric and has continued to work in all aspects of the IT field throughout the technical corporate sector. In 1998 he started his own company to “bring a human element to technology for the individual and small business owner.” He and his technical team are committed to making computers more accessible and tailoring technology packages to each customer’s needs. He lives in Branchburg and is committed to being an active part of the community. He is the Coach and Vice President of Raritan Valley Roller Hockey, serves on the leadership team of the traveling Flemington Hawks, and has served on several financial and outreach committees at his church.
